The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 22 and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Two persons including the petitioner were apprehended while they were carrying 1.5 kg Ganja in a tempo bearing Registration No. BR11G-0712.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 07.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months for the recovery of 1.5 kg Ganja from two persons, the petitioner and Mir Ashim. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28962 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria in Special Case No. 02 of 2015, arising out of Kursakanta (Kuari) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015.
