2. The present application has been filed for recall of the order dated 31.10.2017 by which C.W.J.C. No. 10806 of 2016 was dismissed due to non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and upon going through the averments made in the application, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for nonappearance of learned counsel for the petitioner on 31.10.2017 leading to dismissal of C.W.J.C. No. 10806 of 2016.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed. C.W.J.C No. 10806 of 2016 stands restored to its original file and
