The petitioner no.1 Teni Manjhi is said to have given lathi blow to the head of injured Bhim Kumar. The injury does not appear as dangerous as could be covered by Section 300 of the Indian Penal Code. As regards petitioner no.2 Reva Manjhi, he does not bear any allegation.
Let the above named two petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sherghaty, District-Gaya in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S.Case No.322 of 2014.
