Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Narpatganj P.S. Case No.60 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354-B, 504 Indian Penal Code. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court on merit by order dated 08.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40700 of 2018. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the left eye of Mojib. Counsel for the petitioner submits that from the injury report it appears that Md. Mojib has sustained simple injury. Injury report of Md. Mojib has been enclosed as

In view of such, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is, again, rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below and make prayer for regular bail. In the event, it is found that Md. Mojib has sustained simple injury, the Court below will pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably, on the same day without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) J.
