JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other accused assaulted informant with rod and danda. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody since 30.11.2014. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioners. Petitioners have already remained in custody for more than a year.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29707 of 2015 (6) dt.18-12-2015 2 / 2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Indrani Kisku, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case no. 214 of 2014.
