Learned counsel submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 16.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 25905 of 2023. It is further submitted that in the anticipatory bail application inadvertently Baheri Police Station was typed instead of Laheri Police Station. It is next submitted that in the first paragraph and in the prayer portion of the anticipatory bail application it was inadvertently typed as Kiul Excise P.S. Case No. 140C2 of 2020 instead of Lakhisarai Excise P.S. Case No. 140C2 of 2020. It is thus submitted that on account of bona fide inadvertence committed in the pleadings made in the anticipatory bail application the same fact was recorded in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35444 of 2023(2) dt.25-05-2023 2/2 order dated 16.05.2023. Learned counsel thus seeks modification of the order dated 16.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 25905 of 2023 to read Laheri P.S. Case No. 374 of 2020 instead of Baheri P.S. Case No. 374 of 2020 and Lakhisarai Excise P.S. Case No. 140C2 of 2020 instead of Kiul Excise P.S. Case No. 140C2 of 2020.
The order dated 16.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 25905 of 2023 is modified to read "Laheri P.S. Case No. 374 of 2020" instead of "Baheri P.S. Case No. 374 of 2020" and "Lakhisarai Excise P.S. Case No. 140C2 of 2020" instead of "Kiul Excise P.S. Case No. 140C2 of 2020".
The said order is modified to the extent indicated above.
