The petitioner seeks bail in a case under different sections of Immoral Traffic Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she was working at the Kotha of Roshan.

It is submitted that petitioner is made servant in the house of Roshan and she is not involved in any sexual activity. Roshan, owner of the Kotha, has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24810 of 2013. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
