2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with T.R. No. 1490 of 2023 arising out of Complaint Case No. C507 of 2023 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

3. At the outset, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioner has been declared absconder and process of Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court.

4. Having considered the fact that the process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the above
