Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Laddu Nat who is said to have been caught on the spot. The aforesaid co- accused Laddu Nat disclosed that the petitioner was owner of the Bolero jeep which had been used in committing the alleged crime.

Moreover, co- accused Laddu Nat has already been granted privilege of bail by the court below itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
