In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties of the University it is stated that the order dated 18.3.2008 under contempt has been complied with by passing appropriate orders for grant of promotion and increment, etc.
Learned counsel for the petitioner on considering the show cause is also of the view that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with and submits that in case there is any other grievance he may be permitted to approach the authorities of the University concerned.
