2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachhati P.S.Case No. 11 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added section 302/34 of the IPC.

3. The petitioner is the mother of the missing child. It is alleged that co-accused, who was her paramour has killed the child and the petitioner knew about the same.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2024

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
