The petitioner seeks his bail in Ram Nagar P.S.Case No. 248 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B),A, 26 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.3.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.3959 of 2015 with the observation that the petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after remaining seven months in jail. The petitioner is in jail since 4.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 8 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S.Case No. 248 of 2014.
