The petitioner seeks his bail in Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 424 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.4.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.7543 of 2015 with the observation that the petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months in jail. The petitioner is in jail since 30.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 424 of 2014 (G.R.No.4431/2014).
