The petitioner has been in custody since 31.10.2017 in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 270/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present application seeking renewal of his prayer for bail has been filed on the ground that during the course of the trial, the father has made contradictory statements and, therefore, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact that the earlier also the entire situation had been gone into by this court and after perusal of the case diary, the prayer for bail had been rejected and that no further material has been brought so as to inspire the court to make fresh consideration for grant of bail, I am not inclined to
