2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 459 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and four others are said to have snatched a motorcycle on gun point and the informant somehow managed to escape and informed his relatives who caught the petitioner with the snatched motorcycle.

4. One Manish has disclosed the names of the two petitioners and other criminals who had participated in the crime and the petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2023.

5. Considering the fact that snatched motorcycle has been recovered from the petitioner, though, it has been produced by the informant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
