Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2018. In the instant case total 26 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
