The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 19.05.2015 in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Prosecution case is that this petitioner alongwith coaccused Sarju Sharma and Ranjan Sharma forcibly administered liquor to the wife of the informant and assaulted her by sharp edged weapon as a result of which she died. This fact was disclosed to the informant by the minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to the accused Babloo Sharma for the same and similar offence in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29216 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 7207/2015 dated 02.03.2015. The other co-accused Ranjan Sharma has also been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 9522/2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Hulasganj P.S.Case No. 38/2013.
