Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that the petitioner is ready to return the amount in question which has been asked to return by the authority concerned vide Annexure- 4 of the writ application amounting Rs.3,28,500/-( Rupees Three Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand and Five Hundred Only). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authority may furnish the fresh calculation chart to the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner is required to deposit the aforesaid amount within a period of eight weeks and if the petitioner fails to deposit the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, the learned State authority shall be at liberty

Patna High Court CWJC No.740 of 2021(7) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
