Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8,20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S.Act.

Recovery of Ganja is alleged from the field side. Petitioner and others allegedly fled away from there. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 02.05.2020.

Considering the fact that there is no material to suggest involvement of the petitioner in the occurrence alleged, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33829 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.17 of 2019 arising out of Udwant Nagar Police Station Case No.396 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
