2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to a typographical error in the first paragraph of the petition, Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 309 of 2025 has wrongly been typed in place of Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 309 of 2024 and, therefore, prays for permission to correct the said error in the petition during the course of the day.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. In view of the aforesaid, Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 309 of 2025 as typed in the order dated 12.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34020 of 2025 in paragraph nos. 2 and 6 shall be read as "Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 309 of 2024".

5. Accordingly, the order dated 12.02.2026 stands rectified to the aforesaid extent.
