The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended one Dinesh @ Ganesh Malakar on chase and alleged that three persons managed to flee away. Dinesh @ Ganesh Malakar disclosed the name of the petitioner but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that Dinesh @ Ganesh Malakar has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12211 of 2013. The petitioner is in jail since 01.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28368 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2012.
