Petitioner is named in the first information report and the accusation against him is that he along with seven other persons mercilessly assaulted the deceased but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that only one injury was found on the person of the deceased and having similar allegation, several coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
