2. In terms of the earlier order, 2nd supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1 to 5, bringing on record material to show that all due payment to the petitioner has been processed and the Bank has intimated that the payment would be made in the next pension processing date under
Patna High Court MJC No.3017 of 2017 dt.13-11-2019 2/2 letter dated 07.11.2019. The said is evident from Annexure-F to the affidavit filed today on behalf of the opposite parties.
3. In view thereof, nothing further remains in the present application and the same stands disposed off with the observation that the authorities and the Bank shall ensure that actual payment is also credited into the account of the petitioner on the next pension processing date.
