Petitioner was caught with an attachee said to be stolen property and there is nothing on the record to show that the aforesaid attachee was stolen property. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 03-02-2015.

Accordingly the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with GRP (Patna Jn.) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
