The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Garkha P. S. Case No. 215 of 2020, dated 25.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32922 of 2020(3) dt.05-04-2021 2/3 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner no. 1 is said to have assaulted Harshit Kumar as well as the mother of the informant who are said to have received grievous injuries. The other petitioners are also said to have participated in the occurrence but they have only been attributed with such specific acts which has led to simple injuries on some of the victims.

By way of supplementary affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioners has brought on record the Adhaar Card of petitioner no. 1 which discloses his age to be 90 years.

There is a counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering these aspects of the matter, the petitioners were granted provisional bail by order dated 20th of February, 2021.

Considering the afore-stated circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32922 of 2020(3) dt.05-04-2021 3/3 dated 20.02.2021 are hereby confirmed. They shall remain on the same bail bonds.
