Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The accusation against the petitioner is that he as well as two others put country made katta and cartridge in the house of one Yogendra Sah and gave false information to the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
