The petitioner seeks bail in Mehendiya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. One loaded country made rifle and six live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2015. He has already remained in jail for six months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Mehendiya P.S.
