Vide order dated 21.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28041 of 2020 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Lakhisarai but the petitioner could not surrender before the court below in time due to Pandemic COVID-19.

In the aforesaid circumstance, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44195 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 aforesaid case is further extended for four weeks. The remaining part of the order shall remain the same.
