2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 for the offence punishable under sections 406, 419, 420/34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 14.03.2024 by the informant, Durvasha Mith.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that after receiving consideration amount of Rs. 8,71,000/- on 24.08.2022, the sale deed was executed. However, the accused persons under criminal conspiracy, sold the same land to one Ganesh Kumar Verma on 07.02.2023 and the petitioner played an active role by being an identifier. The petitioner is the son of the executioner. This led to the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court that he being an identifier, no role has

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that both the accused persons are father and son. It was executed by the father and identified by the son who is the petitioner herein.

6. In the aforesaid background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
