The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the informant was married with Vikash Kumar Rai in the year 2012. The informant alleged that the petitioner and his other family members including the husband of deceased killed the deceased due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
