The petitioners, two in number, seek bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named four persons including the petitioners, namely, Dasharath Yadav and Dinannath Yadav and alleged that Hareram Yadav assaulted Sauk Lal Yadav. The petitioners Dasharath Yadav and Dinannath Yadav assaulted the informant Sipahi Yadav with lathi and Farsa. The injury found on the head of Sipahi Yadav is simple in nature. The petitioners are not the assailant of Sauk Lal Yadav.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29908 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015.
