The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and his name has been disclosed by arrested person. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
