NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 11.05.2015 in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014 for offences alleged under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, The prosecution case lodged by the informant Sunaina Devi who is mother of the petitioner is that due to ill treatment of the petitioner, her husband, by pouring kerosene oil upon him committed suicide and during course of treatment died on 07.05.2014 in the hospital.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently the informant has filed a petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul that her husband died due to burn injury suffered accidentally.

No.33665 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Under such circumstances, let the petitioner, Rajesh Kumar Rai, @ Bullu be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014.
