Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of Secretary of the school and there is only allegation against him that he abetted the students of the concerned school to boycott the school and also assaulted one teacher by means of bamboo.

The present case has been registered under bailable sections except section 353 of the Indian Penal Code Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 18.3.2016 and investigation against him appears to have already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
