Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7729 of 2015 but liberty was given to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the charge against the petitioner was framed on 28.05.2015 and he is languishing in jail custody since 17.09.2014. It is also pointed out that in the fardbeyan of the informant general allegation of assault was leveled against the petitioner and other accused but subsequently, informant developed the prosecution story and made specific allegation of assault against the petitioner Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Misc. No. 7729 of 2015, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge IInd Nawada in connection with session trial no. 180 of 2015/ 42 of 2015, arising out of Pakribarawan P.S.Case No. 125 of 2014.
