Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the first information report all the F.I.R. named accused persons firstly tortured the daughter of the informant on account of demand of motorcycle and due to nonfulfillment of demand they all killed the daughter of the informant and by using sharp cut weapon and thrown her dead body with an intention to conceal the evidence. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is in custody since 12.11.2014 and petitioner no.2 is in custody since 31.12.2014 and charge sheet in the case has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29445 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 been submitted. It is further submitted that petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur and petitioner no.2 is Dewar of the deceased. It is further submitted that they are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioners are named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Bhagalpur in Shahkund (Sajoun) P.S.Case No. 176 of 2014.
