Patna High Court MJC No.1561 of 2023(5) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 compliance of the orders of this Court dated 27.10.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5 of 2021.

2. Limited direction was for consideration of petitioners' claim for M.A.C.P. The respondents have admitted that the petitioners are entitled to M.A.C.P. However, there is a dispute in respect of extending monetary benefit. It it is so, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the concerned authority once again in apprising that they are disputing the calculation or particular amount. If such representation is filed by the petitioners, the concerned authority shall take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application/ representation.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped.
