The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of gold, bullet motorcycle and cash.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the in-laws of the deceased, daughter of the informant, rather he is Nandosi of the deceased due to that reason, he has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
