2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with S.K.Puri P.S.Case No. 148 of 2022.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner made a call to the informant regarding vacancies of Data Entry Operator in G.R.P.G. Company. Thereafter, the informant went to the office of the said Company and met the accused persons, including the petitioner. The informant was taken for an interview where he met co-accused Prem Kumar, who asked him to purchase one External SSD of 1 TB capacity, whereafter the informant

No.39850 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/3 purchased the said articles and then again visited the office of the said Company, where he once again met said co-accused Prem Kumar, who took the aforesaid articles and gave the informant appointment letter and told him to visit the office next day. When the informant visited the office next day, no body was present there. It is further alleged that 250 hard disc drives have been swindled by said accused Prem Kumar to the tune of Rs. 25 lacs.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she is a lady of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. She is mere an employee of the Company in question and had not taken the said electronic devices from the informant. He has submitted further that one of the associates of the petitioner, namely, Kunal Kumar, has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 6021 of 2023.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna in connection with
