The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur R.P.F. Post Case No. 117/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 160(B) of the Railway Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he dashed the boom of railway crossing and the gate got damaged. The petitioner is in jail since 12.04.2015. He has already remained in jail for four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur R.P.F. Post Case No. 117/2015.
