The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 3740 of 2015 arising out of Sathi P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43476 of 2014 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after six months.

It has been contended that though the petitioner is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29084 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2 / 2 custody since 25th June, 2014, the trial of the case has not yet commenced.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 3740 of 2015 arising out of Sathi P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014.
