The petitioner is an accused in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 718 of 2021 registered for the offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 302 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 10.09.2021 by the informant, Ashok Keshari.

As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that due to construction of house there was scuffle between the parties and further on the order of Hariom Sharma, this petitioner gave 'khanti' blow on the head of the informant which prove fatal. Considering the kind of allegation that has come
