2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 693 of 2023 lodged on 02.12.2023 for offences punishable under Section 341/323/324/325/307/452/507/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story F.I.R has been lodged against nine named accused persons including the present petitioners with an allegation that petitioners along with other accused persons forcefully entered the house of the informant and assaulted the him due to which he was injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioners have clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner no. 1 is lady and due to village politics, names of the petitioner have been inserted in this case.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the occurrence have been caused in taking revenge.

6. As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner No. 2 and Petitioner No. 3.

7. So far as the Petitioner No. 1 is concerned let the Petitioner No. 1 be released on bail, in the event of arrest of surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - IV Munger subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
