2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The allegation is of demand of dowry and torture against her. The police after investigation has exonerated the petitioner and submitted final form, but the Magistrate has taken cognizance after differing with the final form.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event
