2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 329(3), 303(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation against the petitioner,

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
