The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected thrice vide Cr. Misc. No. 31262 of 2014, 28921 of 2015 and 54209 of 2015 on the ground that the trial has not been concluded in spite of specific direction given in the orders and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded. The learned A.P.P. submits that against the petitioner there is allegation of committing rape with the victim. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected in connection with Barh
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23475 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 P.S. Case No. 269 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna.
However, the learned trial court is again directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner, if at no fault, may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.
