The petitioner seeks bail in Patepur P.S. Case No. 136/2007, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that extremists came and made indiscriminate firing for killing his son Bigul Singh and killed Arun Kumar Singh, Kapildeo Prasad Thakur and Abhyanand Prasad Singh. They also set ablaze the vehicle of the informant. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Rohit Sahni. Except the confession no further material is collected to show the involvement of the petitioner. Rohit Sahni has already been granted bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28814 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 136/2007.
