The learned trial court has sought six months time to conclude sessions trial no. 190 of 2012.
In view of the nature of allegation against the petitioner as well as report of Adhoc Additonal District & Sessions Judge 1st, Begusarai this petition stands rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the sessions trial no. 190 of 2012 within the period as sought by the trial court itself in its letter no.56 dated 08.05.2015 even by taking the aforesaid case on day to day basis.
