Without going into the merit of this case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna to examine the case of the petitioners under Rule 3 read with Rule 5 (Kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teachers Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promotion) Rule, 2018 and pass appropriate order on the representation filed by the petitioners for choice transfer and posting within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
