JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 and Sections-3 & 4 of Explosive Substances Act.

The petitioner was arrested on the spot and on the basis of his disclosure, explosive substance and detonators were recovered and apart from this, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of 9 cases.

Therefore, taking note of the aforesaid fact as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25388 of 2016 (4) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui stands rejected.
